UNSPOKEN SMILES: Supporting Haiti in Her Time of Need

Everyone at Earlybird is following the crisis in Haiti closely, and our hearts go out to the families affected by the recent natural disasters. The earthquake on August 14 left over 2,200 people dead and hundreds missing, as well as over 12,000 people injured. In addition, over 50,000 homes were destroyed. Tropical Storm Grace immediately followed, making rescue operations that much more difficult, and the country is still recovering from the assassination of its president last month. As the poorest country in the Americas, Haiti is in desperate need of aid.

Earlybird is working with a fellow non-profit organization, Unspoken Smiles, in order to help the people of Haiti get whatever assistance they can.
